STJEPAN VARESEVAC-COBETS
Leavening

Unasked for time, stability of moment, forgotten from the heart, tested by no sound. I meditate on the expanse, preserved memories, lulled into infinity, forgotten promises. The horror of this silence swims toward thoughts, not hampered by the past, curled up in the present. Therefore, no dreams of this world, in which memory carries birds, wings fragile, juvenile, such as the songs from which I turn away. The turmoil of the open sea, limpid in the calm winds, only patient people can pass, to the emptiness of a mind when entered. STJEPAN VARESEVAC-COBETS ON THE WAY IN I changed my name; I became a shadow, trapped in a lull since the hurricane. Around me all the swirls, I will wait for the voice of fate, which way I will go. Everything is unknown to me, my dreams whirling; only the light is my mark. And it is better to my such ignorance, because when one least you expect it, always be shown a new path.

STJEPAN VARESEVAC-COBETS was born 12.09.1965 in Split, Croatia. 'I live and work in Kastel Sucurac, where I finished my elementary and secondary schooling. At a very young age, I started reading, and I liked it because with these books I have traveled to places that I could never go. As a child, I loved fairy tales and adventure, but later I discovered other genres.'

STJEPAN VARESEVAC-COBETS Frankly, science fiction fascinated me, and that it all started when I in the library found a Jules Verne. I started writing poetry for fifteen years, and later I started writing SF. Lately, I write stories for children fairy tales and fables.

I have published in Croatia 'An Opened Heart' in 2002, 'The Sleepy Way' in 2005, 'Love' in 2006.

On Amazon I published the poetry collections 'The Child of Happiness' in 2015, SF Novel "Godeena" in 2015, Science Fiction Short Story: "Butterfly" in 2016 and poetry collections "When the moon takes over the dream: Love Poetry" 2016.
